Who can JC Care service and support?

JC Care can support participants that are looking to commence services such as Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Paediatric and Adult Occupational Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Speech Therapy, Behavioural Therapy and Support Work (core supports).

Participants/ Clients can be NDIS, DVA, Workcover, Aged Care, Medicare, or Private based.

What are JC Care’s hours of operation?

Our therapists do their best to make sure all our clients are serviced to the best possible standards.

This is why our hours can be tailored to your personal needs! But on a general basis our opening hours are:

Monday- Friday 9 AM- 6 PM
Saturday 10 AM- 3 PM

If you would like to contact your designated therapist, their contact details will be provided to you on your service agreement at the commencement of services. Otherwise, just contact us on the above email or number and we will point you in the right direction!

What is JC Care’s cancellation of services policy?

We request at least a 2 week cancellation notice for our NDIS, Workcover, and DVA based clients.

What is the policy on appointment cancellations?

We request at least a 48 hour cancellation notice of appointments for our NDIS, Workcover, and DVA based clients.

What can I expect when I book an appointment?

When an appointment is booked with JC Care, one of our therapists will contact you to book a time that best suits you. For our NDIS, Workcover, and DVA based clients, the first appointment will act as an initial consult/ assessment to better understand how we can service you!

For our Medicare, Aged Care, and Private clients, a consultation will be included in the first appointment.

Do I need a referral?

Not at all! Book an appointment today and we will take care of the rest!
